I have switched to H-1000 in my 300 Win mag because it gives me a 5 FPS Extreme spread and for a long range load will give less vertical disspersion because of the lower extreme spread.. I got 3150 with 74grs R-19, and 76grs R-22 in a 24" bbl. Tried some 200 Patitions with various doses of H4831, R-22, and R-25 all around 2980, but none gave acceptable accuracy.
