Simon is the second-in-command of the Saviors and the personal right-hand man of the Saviors' leader, Negan.Simon is instrumental in capturing Rick Grimes and his group as they head in an RV to get Maggie Greene to the Hilltop.. Simon is one of the best characters in season 8, mainly because of the amazing acting and charisma of Steven Ogg.In my opinion, the Saviors were really more.
